Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 13 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 13 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

More Included: You're on vacation. You shouldn't be shopping for basic needs. We provide garbage bags, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry soap, some pantry items (coffee, creamer, sugar, flour, gluten free flour, etc), spices, toothpaste, mouthwash, hotel size shampoo/conditioner/lotion/makeup wipes. Don't waste extra precious vacation time at the store shopping for these things. Our kitchen is stocked to actually cook in. There are pans, pots, mixing bowls, mixer, blender, cookie sheets, airfryer basket in oven, dinnerware, utensils, colanders, etc. *****Our daughter is a CELIAC. Gluten free toaster, cutting board, etc. can be made available upon request with extra security deposit and signed waiver of liability. Utensils and most kitchenware are nonporous materials. Also included for your use are beach towels and 4 small non reclining beach chairs.
